Our Sports Workshops aim to provide a fun and exciting experience of sport to all ability levels. We strive to make sure the fun is the most important part of sports, using imaginative and exciting ideas to increase the enjoyment for the kids. There will be a range of different sports available including Football, Dodgeball, Mini Games, Rugby and Gaelic.
As well as the Physical benefits, Sports can increase self-esteem and reduce depression and anxiety in children. We also know that physical activity performed in an outdoor space can improve cognitive performance, self-esteem and reduce anxiety and symptoms related to attention deficit disorder.
