Have some family fun and learn together!

Ever feel as though you’re walking a tightrope, balancing the pressures of work, school, friends, family, and life in general? If so, join us for The Circus of Life; a bright, fun and enjoyable exploration of the great things life has to offer! Enjoy Circus Skills demonstrations & workshops, art & music workshops, virtual reality, science, yoga, storytelling, lots of different sports and a whole host of other fun things to do with the whole family!

This event has been specially designed for families to have fun together, try something new and have a laugh along the way. We have a fun packed programme full of workshops, drop in sessions, and classes for all ages and abilities.

Everything in the programme takes a light-hearted look at how these fun and engaging exercises can help mental and physical health. Discover how your brain reacts when you listen to music. Learn how circus skills, music and art can have therapeutic value. Never done yoga but always wanted to? Try it with the kids! You’ll be amazed how calming and relaxing you’ll find it; Or try out creative play, storytelling, and treasure hunts. We’ve also blended into the programme some short, engaging, presentations on the key factors of child and adolescent mental health. Find out the warning signs to look for, what preventative measures you can take, and what to do if you think you might have been affected.
